• Sponsorship benefits cannot be provided until payment is received in full. Sponsorships benefits cannot be guaranteed for registrations and/or payments received after April 1.
  
• Sponsorship benefits available in advance of the conference (eg: logo/link on website/emails) begin on February 5.
• No refunds or transfers due to cancellation, sponsorship will be transferred to the next annual conference.

Gold $5,000

• Presentation (30 seconds pre-recorded) to the general assembly at the opening and welcome

• Prominent table location in exhibit hall
• Attendee list with email address
• Sponsor sign displayed prominently in the following locations:
