Are on a Stay at Home/similar order and not working - With supporting documentation place the nurse on a testing interruption. Then test shortly after release.

Are on a Stay at Home/similar order and working - Same as above.

Have you made other modifications to monitoring requirements? - Peer support groups are held using a virtual meeting application. Allow online self help group attendance.

What challenges and successes are you experiencing? Some collection sites have temporarily closed or have limited hours, and some nurses are not able to leave work to test.

The Iowa program worked in accordance with state guidelines to limit exposure. Our program delayed
testing until April 30 with a plan to re-evaluate at that time. We received approval from our program advisory
committee and legal counsel. We have not notified participants that testing is delayed and communicated
to participants they should continue daily check in and test when selected. INAP also prioritized our
working participants for testing. INAP notified participants they are allowed to attend online meetings and if they are unable to attend required meetings,
individual sessions or groups due to the status of COVID-19 during the next 30 days, this will not be
considered noncompliance They do need to list any cancelled or missed meetings, sessions, or groups on
quarterly reports. After 30 days, the INAP will reassess to determine if this 30-day period should be
    extended.

    Good Afternoon,

I am interested in how monitoring programs are addressing screening participants who:

-Are on a Stay at Home/similar order and not working

-Are on a Stay at Home/similar order and working

Have you made other modifications to monitoring requirements?

What challenges and successes are you experiencing?  We are seeing collection sites and some treatment programs closing.

    Thank you!
